Not every Miami unit can legally run short-term rentals. We run both programs and pick the right one for your address before we list anything.

STR turnkey (daily / weekly)

  • Best for: Icon Brickell, The Club at Brickell Bay, Boulan Beach Resort, District 225, Blue Resort Doral, single-family in STR-friendly zones (NBV, North Miami, Doral).
  • Target revenue: $90k–$250k/yr depending on unit type and address.
  • What we run: Airbnb / VRBO / Booking listings, dynamic pricing, cleaning team, guest comms 24/7, 13% Florida tourist tax filing.
